Nididdhyasanam

  • As long as this “how” is with you, you’ll not understand what is meditation. It is not a process, not a technique, not a method. You’ve to drop the question “how to meditate?” and ask “what is meditation?”.
  • Going to a dark room, isolating from the world around you, family, daily life. And you self-enclose yourself in a movement of the mind determined by the (dvaita) school of meditation you attend.
  • Not knowing. Understanding. For that you need spiritual energy. That’s the real kundalini.
  • Images. No that is not meditation. Image is in the present. Vision is in the future. Neither. Those who are striving for a vision they will get a vision.
  • Are you seeking happiness through the medium of meditation?
  • As a person you’ll never be happy and when you’re happy you’ll never be a person.
  • Meditation is the movement of love.
  • Love. Is it the love of the one or of the many? Neither, it is just love. Imagine a flower that spreads fragrance. It is not for one nor for many.
  • Meditation is gut constant awareness. On the surface there are base emotions. Be aware of all of that. Slowly penetrate. And you’ll reach a peace where you’re not there. You’re not a person, you’re not an ego. That peace, that beauty, that silence, that is meditation.
